You get: boundary rules and triage tools to regain control of how work enters your day instead of reacting to it Module 2 — Time Triage This module teaches you how to plan your day across all active projects, assign time intentionally, and stop working in open-ended loops that create constant pressure. You learn how to distinguish must-do, should-do, and can-wait work in real conditions. You get: a time-triage method to decide what gets done today, what waits, and why—without guilt or spillover Module 3 — Pool-Dive Switching (Task Switching Control) You learn why staying in flow too long can block senior-level progress, and how to switch tasks without losing productivity or mental clarity. The focus is on controlled switching by task type, not urgency or comfort. You get: task-switching rules that let you stay effective while protecting focus, judgment, and long-term growth Module 4 — Circadian Planning This module aligns your workday with your biological energy patterns so high-stakes decisions and deep work happen when your brain is actually capable.
